Return Policy On watches
TimePieceWatches.com will accept returns only within 30 days from the day we ship your watch if the watch is new, unused, not sized, undamaged, and are not considered special orders with the subject to limitations below. The return package must be received by us within 30 days from the day we ship your package. No exception.
Do not size, wear, use, alter your watches if you intend to return or exchange the watch. We do not accept watches that are sized, or worn (even for minutes) for exchange or return. Once your watch is worn, warranty goes in effect during the allowed warranty coverage period. Watches must be in their original condition without scratches or damages, with protective films in place if the watch came with the tapes. Please do not write anything on the manufacturer's box, instruction manuals, warranty cards, or any other packaging accessories that came with the watch. We will be shipping you a brand new watch and all we ask is that we get the watch back in the same condition. Wearing the watch for minutes is still considered usage.Note if the seal tag is removed, all watches will not be accepted for returns.
Please inspect the watch immediately after delivery of the watch. Any discovery of defects or problems with the watch must be reported before the usage of the watch and within 24 hours of delivery. Otherwise warranty coverage will cover the defects or malfunctions.
We do not accept returns and exchanges on special orders. We will confirm with you on all special orders before processing your order. Special orders are generally the items that are not on our site but the items were specially ordered for the customer. Due to logistics such as duty an handling charges, international orders do not qualify for return or exchanges unless there are problems with the watch within 24 hours of delivery of the watch. International orders are orders shipped beyond the United States borders.
Merchandise returned for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be assessed on items which originally were shipped for free
Before sending your watch for return, please contact us at sales@TimePieceWatches.com for return authorization number (RA). Once you have been issued an RA number, please send your watch back to at the address below.

Please include a copy of your invoice with RA number before sending your watch so that we can properly identify your order. If you do send the watch back without the RA number, we reserve the right to refuse your package. Once we receive your package, we will inspect to make sure that the watch is not damaged or altered in anyway. We simply need the items back as they were when we sent them to you. Once the inspection is passed, we will issue your credit in the same manner of payment we received. We will refund the whole amount you paid minus the shipping and insurance charge. The shipping, insurance, and handling cost will be around $10 to $30 dollars on most watches. However, the shipping and handling cost may differ depending on the cost of the watch and the speed of delivery to you originally. Thus the actual shipping and handling cost will differ depending on the price of the watch you ordered and the speed of the delivery to you.
